HYPERHYDROSIS-stop the sweat

When used to treat underarm excessive sweating, Botox has been shown to result in an 82-87% decrease in sweating. Results start to be noticeable approximately 2 to 4 days after treatment with the full effects usually noted within 2 weeks. Dryness typically lasts 4 to 12 months, but some studies have found it can last as long as 14 months. Additional statistics from published research studies have shown that repeated treatment with Botox is safe and effective for hyperhidrosis and consistently results in meaningful, long-lasting improvements in an excessive sweating patient’s symptoms, daily functioning, and quality of life. Botox treatment for hyperhidrosis has also been scientifically proven to improve on-the-job productivity. While sweating is an essential body function for temperature control, localized body areas house only a small percentage of the body's sweat glands (the underarms, for instance, are home to less than 2% of the body’s sweat glands.)

Botox is effective and safe for treating forehead and scalp hyperhidrosis. Clients experienced relatively complete, no-sweat of the forehead and/or scalp after about 7 days, for periods ranging from 4 to 6 months. Minor side effects included painful injections and transient weakness of forehead muscles without ptosis.

Face and Body Rejuvenation

(dermaplaining/microneedling/chemical peels)

Dermaplaning makes the skin smoother, softer, and brighter. It can help reveal healthy skin beneath dead skin cell layers. It also helps improve the penetration of skincare products and preps the skin for additional procedures like lasers and peels

Microneedling is a treatment for wrinkles, sun damage, pigmentation, scarring and stretch marks. A small hand-held device is used to create thousands of tiny injuries to the skin with surgical needles that promote skin repair from the inside out

Glycolic and fruit acid (light) peels: Glycolic acid, salicylic acid, mandelic acid and lactic acids are examples of the most commonly used peels. They will generally produce superficial peeling or exfoliation only and require very little downtime. Salicylic acid peels are a useful treatment for active acne especially on the chest and back. Recovery is usually in one or two days.

TCA (medium) peels: Trichloroacetic acids are the basis for these types of peels, which can be used as a superficial exfoliation or a medium-depth peel. They can improve scarring and induce skin tightening. Exfoliation can occur over several days.

Vitamin Injections- Vit D, Vit B12, Vit C and Biotin Potential benefits

Box of vitamin B12 injection ampoules labeled for intramuscular use, with the ampoules arranged in a plastic tray.

Vitamin D, also known as the “sunshine vitamin,” is a fat-soluble vitamin. It’s unique because your skin synthesises it in response to sunlight exposure. It also exists in certain foods and supplements. It is unique because the body can produce it when the skin is exposed to sunlight. However, it can also be obtained through certain foods and supplements. Vitamin D is essential for several key bodily functions, including bone health, immune function, and overall cellular growth.

Potential benefits of vitamin C injection:

  1. Boosts immune system: Vitamin C is known for its immune-boosting properties. Vitamin C injections can help improve immune function, making it easier for your body to fight off infections and illnesses.

  2. Promotes collagen production: Vitamin C plays a key role in the formation of collagen, which is essential for healthy skin, hair, and nails. Vitamin C injections can help promote collagen production, leading to healthier skin and nails.

  3. Acts as an antioxidant: Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Vitamin C injections can help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, which can lead to a variety of health problems.

  4. Improves iron absorption: Vitamin C can enhance the absorption of iron from plant-based sources. Vitamin C injections can be particularly helpful for individuals with iron-deficiency anemia who have difficulty absorbing iron through their digestive system.

  5. Supports wound healing: Vitamin C is involved in the production of new tissue and the repair of damaged tissue. Vitamin C injections can help improve wound healing and reduce the risk of infection.

Platelets Rich Plasma

PRP is a concentration of your own blood’s platelets—tiny components best known for helping to clot wounds but also rich in growth factors that stimulate cell repair and regeneration. The treatment involves drawing a small amount of blood, spinning it in a centrifuge to separate the platelets, and re-injecting the concentrated plasma into targeted areas of concern.
